Overview

Where To Glow was a new business that wanted to create a platform for consumers to source qualified, trained, and insured aesthetic professionals. With a rise in inexperienced and underqualified people offering invasive beauty treatments, it was Where To Glow’s aim to create a directory website where only technicians who meet their high standards can list their business.

As a completely new business, Where to Glow needed a full brand creation, including assets for use in PR and advertising, and, of course, a stunning directory website with a great user experience.

What we did

Branding

Where To Glow needed a full brand creation, which had to be eye-catching and attractive to appeal to its target audience. It also needed to look engaging on social media, one of the brand’s key marketing channels. We developed a bright and bold colour palette, with accents of gold to give a classic feel.

We provided Where To Glow with complete brand guidelines to help the business maintain a consistent aesthetic across all platforms, as well as all of the necessary logo files. We also developed graphics to illustrate how the logo could be used across social media, PR and advertising.

Web

Where To Glow’s website is vital to its whole business. Due to the nature of the concept, it required significant functionality, including a search function so users can find specialists in their area, a sign-up form to allow technicians to register and manage their listings, and an option to offer users free memberships or trials.

The site is aimed at two different target users – professionals and clients – so we had to make sure it catered for both. We achieved this by including a page with bespoke content for each, as well as dual calls to action throughout.

The result is a smooth-running, eye-catching, easy-to-use website that reflects the unique branding. It’s fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices and desktop, and most importantly, can be adapted with new features and functionality as the business grows.
