Eden Training Solutions needed to drive awareness of apprenticeships and career opportunities for young people outside of university. We developed a strategy to drive its social media presence alongside a smart lead generation campaign and PPC activity.
Eden’s main objective was to increase apprenticeship signups in the childcare sector, in both a B2B and B2C capacity. This was achieved by using engaging and motivating videos that encouraged early years education providers to ‘invest in our youth’ and provide young people with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a supportive environment.
At the same time, we created and distributed content that targeted the young people themselves, tackling some of the misconceptions about working in the childcare sector, whilst highlighting the benefits of a traineeship or apprenticeship.
Throughout our time working with Eden, we created informative and engaging video content to pique interest amongst the firm’s target audience, including impactful videos for National Apprenticeship Week.
Through running ads to an interest-based audience, we were able to build a warm audience of people who had visited the site and shown interest in Eden’s services, allowing us to retarget them through tailored content.
