The initial strategic work concluded that it was an ideal time to implement a working timeline of activity, focusing on quick wins, alongside tactics to achieve long-term objectives.
Areas of the research drew attention to the fact that there were opportunities that could be exploited to grow the client base, such as exploring PPC or short-form video within social media, and external threats that could be protected against, such as the development of a sustainability plan to offset the carbon created through daily transportation of goods.
Following the submission of the strategy document, a “work in progress” marketing plan was created in an easy-to-follow Gantt chart, to cover the next steps and identify the immediate required resources.
We created a new bespoke website and undertook a simple navigation helped visitors find the information they required quickly and easily. The ability to add new content, such as blog and news posts, directly by the client, was also included.
